Landscape Lead

Come be a part of our team at Victory Ranch, a private, four-season destination set amid 6,700 pristine acres along a four mile stretch of the upper Provo river. Just minutes from Park City and beautiful Heber Valley.

We are looking for a motivated, self driven, detail orientated hard working Ranch Maintenance Assistant. 

• Managing the landscape team
• Assisting in managing snow removal on property
• Maintain Club grounds
• Improvement projects around property and club amenities 
• Areas include: back country yurts, shotgun shooting range, archery range, 18 miles of biking and hiking trails.

Must have 2-3 years of landscaping/snow removal experience. Must be able to manage teams effectively. Monday-Friday with occasional weekends. Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to work in extreme environments for extended periods of time. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.   

Start date would be April 1, 2024; can be flexible with start date.
