Job description

Victory Ranch is looking to grow and maintain the Pilates program by offering both group reformer classes and private instruction to members of varying skill levels within a luxury club setting.

Job requirements

  • Teach reformer classes and private Pilates training sessions.

  • Help develop and grow the Pilates program through member education and promotion.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio and equipment.

  • Assess and report on the condition of Pilates equipment.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests.

  • Participate in ongoing education and training in Pilates/fitness/wellness.

  • Maintain knowledge of all fitness services offered.

  • Handle member inquiries and suggestions promptly and professionally.

  • Enforce club and spa policies.

Position Requirements:

  • Education/Certifications: Pilates Certifications for both Mat and Reformer Pilates are essential. A background in Health Sciences, Exercise Sports Science, or a similar field is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pilates instructor, particularly with reformer.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, computer and phone proficiency, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service.

  • Other: CPR/AED certification, self-motivated, team player, willingness to cross-train, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
