JOB DUITIES

  • Perform minor and major repairs and Maintenance of 16 Homes on 15 acres
  • Performs scheduled & preventive maintenance on Residential homes
  • Trouble shoot mechanical equipment and electrical problems
  • Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures
  • Schedule & Organize repairs with required vendors
  • Respond to in house guest(s) maintenance requests
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
  • Repair basic electrical equipment and control circuits
  • Some HVAC knowledge
  • Work with residential hot tubs
  • CPO Training available
  • Follow, Delegate and Create SOP instructions and work order tasks

Job requirements

  • Lead a 2-3 person Team
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
  • Safety awareness
  • Ability to work with hand and power tools
  • Fundamentals of electricity
  • Good time management
  • Fundamentals of electrical systems and equipment including some HVAC
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to work with chemicals
  • Basic painting skills

Special Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.- 70 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Sundays and Mondays required.
  • Must have basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
  • Must meet company grooming standards.
  • Must be courteous with guests and fellow team members.
  • Agrees to work in alignment with company policies.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
  • On call/after-hours calls if needed.
