Shuttle Driver

Victory Ranch is seeking full and part-time shuttle drivers. The shuttle drivers will be interacting with members, and guests as they provide transportation between the Club, PCMR and Deer Valley. Shuttles will run 7 days a week, weekends and holidays are required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Energetic, friendly and outgoing with strong customer service skills.

• Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record to operate any company vehicle.

• Must have sufficient communication skills to answer guest questions and the physical ability necessary to complete all other shuttle service duties and responsibilities.

• Willing to work flexible work schedules that will include holidays and weekends.

• Must have the desire and ability to tolerate and work in varying weather conditions for extended periods of time including cold temperatures, and inclement weather.

• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

• The ability to meet and/or exceed satisfactory performance levels in all duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a sometimes-high stress environment involving traffic, weather and road conditions.

• Must consider courtesy and safety high priorities.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Be ready to begin work at scheduled time.

• Complete pre-trip inspections, report any deficiencies to vehicle maintenance.

• Complete driver’s logbook for each shuttle.

• Snow removal including snow from roof, shoveling of snow from under and in front of vehicle, berms.

• Maintain cleanliness of interior of vehicle including floor, windows, and console, empty trash

• Adhere to all posted speed limits, do not drive faster than conditions permit.

• Act as a courtesy guide for members and their guests; be able to answer questions and provide general information.

Be willing and able to provide excellent customer service to people at all times.
